Electronic Control Unit (ECU)

The Electronic Control Unit is the brain of the hydrogen fuel system. It regulates various subsystems including injection timing, fuel pressure, and valve actuation, ensuring optimal engine performance and fuel efficiency. Our ECU is designed for real-time adaptability and seamless integration with modern hydrogen engines.

Electronic Pressure Regulator

This component accurately manages hydrogen pressure delivered to the fuel cell or engine. The Electronic Pressure Regulator provides consistent performance across varying loads and environmental conditions, ensuring vehicle safety and efficiency.

H2 Tank Sub Assy

The H2 Tank Sub Assy includes all mounting and safety elements required for secure hydrogen storage. Designed for 350 and 700 bar systems, it ensures robust containment of high-pressure hydrogen and thermal insulation to prevent pressure build-up.

H2 Injector

Pre-bent Tubes

Our pre-bent tubes are custom-shaped stainless steel lines used to transport hydrogen safely within the vehicle. They are engineered for high pressure, vibration resistance, and leak-proof connections.

Pressure Transducers

These sensors monitor real-time system pressure and relay data to the ECU. Pressure Transducers are essential for maintaining safe fuel system operation and detecting anomalies quickly.

Refueling Panel (350 bar to 700 bar)

Hydrogen HPR Panel Assembly

The Hydrogen High-Pressure Regulator (HPR) Panel Assembly manages pressure reduction from the tank to the fuel cell. It includes filters, regulators, and valves to ensure clean and steady hydrogen flow.

Liquified H2 Pressure Relief Valve

Designed for vehicles using liquified hydrogen, this pressure relief valve prevents over-pressurization, enhancing safety in cryogenic storage environments.

Service Defueling Port

The Service Defueling Port enables safe removal of hydrogen during maintenance or emergencies. It provides technicians controlled access to the fuel system.

Mechanical Pressure Regulator H2 700bar

This mechanical regulator offers a reliable backup or alternative to electronic regulators. It maintains consistent pressure in 700 bar hydrogen systems and supports robust performance in demanding conditions.

Purge Valve System Isolation Valve

These valves isolate different sections of the hydrogen system, allowing for purging, servicing, or shutdowns without releasing gas into the atmosphere.
